- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option you choose and your location. Orders over 25$ may qualify for free shipping.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your order on our website or the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all over the world.
- We do not ship to Palestine because of the ongoing situation.
6. Delivery Issues

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Happy Touch is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
